摘要
目的：对呼吸重症患者应用无创机械通气的护理措施进行分析。方法选取呼吸重症患者56例，所有患者均给予无创机械通气护理，对护理效果进行分析。结果56例患者经无创机械通气辅以精心护理后治愈率为94．64％；病死率为5．36％。治疗后患者动脉血气显著优于治疗前（ P ＜0．05）。结论无创机械通气可有效改善呼吸重症患者临床症状，促使患者住院时间缩短，大幅降低各种并发症发病率。
Abstract
Objective To respiratory intensive use of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in patients with nursing interventions were analyzed .Methods 56 patients with severe breathing,all patients were treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation care,analysis of the effects of nursing.Results 56 patients were supplemented by non-invasive mechanical ventilation after intensive care cure rate was 94.64%;mortality rate was 5.36%.Arterial blood gas after treatment was significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with severe breathing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms ,prompting patients shorter hospital stays,dramatically reducing the incidence of complications.
