摘要
目的：针对儿童手腕部肌腱及神经损伤的治疗体会展开讨论。方法将2010年3月至2012年10月我院收治的60例手腕肌腱损伤的患者分为两组，即观察组和对照组。观察组30例，采用微创显微外科术的形式对患者进行治疗；对照组30例，采用传统的治疗形式对患者进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者经过治疗后，治愈率达到了95．5％，对照组患者经过治疗后，治愈率为79％，两组患者对比具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论采用微创显微外科技术的形式对手腕部肌腱以及神经损伤进行治疗，能够显著提升治愈率，缩短治疗时间，值得在临床中推广。
Abstract
Objective For treatment of tendon and nerve injuries in children are discussed in the wrist .Method From March to 2012 in 2010 October in our hospi-tal treated 60 cases of wrist tendon injury were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.30 cases in observation group,the patients were trea-ted by minimally invasive microsurgery form;the control group of 30 cases,be using traditional form of therapy for treatment of patients ,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups were.Results In the observation group after treatment,the cure rate reached 95.5%,patients in the control group after treatment;the cure rate was 79%, with statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The wrist tendon and nerve injury were treated by minimally invasive microsurgery technique form,can significantly improve the cure rate,shorten treatment time,is worth popularizing in clinic.
