Objective To investigate the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip replacement surgery application effect .Method August 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital for primary hip replacement surgery 58 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 29 cases.Experi-mental group patients with epidural anesthesia,epidural anesthesia with the control group,were observed by doctors to record and onset time of anesthesia,anesthesia complete block time,the dose of narcotic drugs and the various changes in vital signs.Results The onset time of anesthesia shorter than the control group,the anesthetic effect than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery on patients with epidural anesthesia than with epidural anesthesia is good,worthy of promotion.
