去铁胺治疗骨髓增生异常综合征及再生障碍性贫血患者输血依赖性铁过载的临床研究

摘要
目的：探讨皮下注射去铁胺对治疗骨髓增生异常综合征及再生障碍性贫血患者输血依赖性铁过载的疗效。方法选取2010年6月---2012年6月在我院就诊输血依赖性铁过载的骨髓增生异常综合征及再生障碍性贫血患者20例，分析比较应用去铁胺治疗前后铁蛋白的改变及患者对去铁治疗的反应。结果通过去铁胺治疗后，患者的血蛋白明显减低，差异具有统计学意义，（P＜0．05）。结论去铁胺对治疗骨髓增生异常综合征及再生障碍性贫血患者输血依赖性铁过载具有良好的治疗效果，值得进行临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of deferoxamine treatment for myelodysplastic syndrome and aplastic anemia patients with transfusion -depend-ent iron overload.Methods 20 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and aplastic anemia patients with transfusion -dependent iron overload in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were treated by deferoxamine.Ferritin changes and response of patient to iron therapy were analyzed .Results After treatment,the blood proteins level of patients was significantly lower than that of the before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Deferoxamine for the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and aplastic ane-mia in patients with transfusion-dependent iron overload has a good therapeutic effect.
