摘要
目的：总结分析64排螺旋CT在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2010年6月---2012年11月期间我院收治的32例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者为研究对象，进行64排螺旋CT扫描诊断，分析CT扫描影像。结果特异性征象显示主动脉真假两腔31例（96．87％），分离移位内瓣膜31例（96．87％）。非特异性征象的显示为主动脉不规则扩张32例（100．00％）、主动脉壁变厚且钙化28例（87．50％）、附壁血栓7例（21．87％），64排螺旋CT诊断准确率96．87％。结论64排螺旋CT扫描可以作为主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断的首选影像学方法，而且具有快速、准确、方便、价廉的优势，值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection .Methods 32 patients with aortic dissection in our hos-pital from June 2010 to November 2012 were detected by 64-slice spiral CT and CT scan images were analyzed.Results Before treatment,Specific signs show aortic true and false lumen 31 cases(96.87%),separation within the shift valve 31 cases(96.87%),Nonspecific signs appear as irregular aortic dilatation 32 cases(100.00%), aortic wall thickening and calcification 28 cases(87.50%),mural thrombus 7 cases(21.87%).The diagnostic accuracy rate of 64-slice spiral CT was 96.87%.Con-clusion 64-slice spiral CT diagnosis of aortic dissection can be used as the preferred imaging method,have fast,accurate,convenient and affordable advantages and should be introduced.
