疏肝健脾方对患有肝郁脾虚型不孕症的临床价值分析

摘要
目的：探讨疏肝健脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的肝郁脾虚型不孕症患者60例，给予疏肝健脾方加减治疗。结果所有患者治疗总有效率达95．0％，治疗后各项指标均明显优于治疗前（P＜0．05）。结论疏肝健脾方在肝郁脾虚型不孕症患者的治疗中疗效确切，具有极高的临床价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of infertility .Meth-ods 60 liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of infertility patients in our hospital were selected cases,Shugan Jianpi Decoction treatment.Results All patients with the total effective rate was 95%,the indicators after treatment were significantly better than before treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of infertility patients in curative effect has a very high clinical value .
