目的:探讨骨科核医学分子影像的临床应用。方法选取我院收治的80名骨痛或病理性骨折患者作为研究对象。结果通过核医学分子影像检验发现,患者的病因主要包括22例原发性甲旁亢代谢性骨病,10例原发良、恶性肿瘤和骨痛,25例骨软化和肾性骨病,7例关节问题和代谢性骨病,13例骨软化和肾性骨病,其余三例患者无严重疾病。结论在骨科疾病诊断中应用核医学分子影像技术可以提高疾病诊断的准确率,值得在临床应用上推广。
Objective To study the clinical application of nuclear medicine imaging department of orthopedics .Methods Selected in our hospital 80 patients’ pain and pathologic fracture patients as the research object .Results The nuclear medical molecular imaging findings ,patients including 22 cases of primary hyperparathyroid-ism metabolic bone disease,10 cases of primary benign,malignant tumor and bone pain,25 cases of soft bone and kidney bone disease,7 cases of joint problems and met-abolic bone disease,13 cases of bone softening and renal osteodystrophy,the remaining three patients no serious diseases.Conclusion The application of nuclear medicine in the diagnosis of diseases in Department of orthopedics in molecular imaging techniques can improve the accurate rate of disease diagnosis ,is worthy to be popularized in clinical application .
