摘要
目的：探讨助产护理对高龄产妇分娩的影响。方法选取我科收治的高龄产妇336例进行分析研究，随机将其分为两组，一组患者实施常规的护理措施为对照组，另一组患者给予全程助产护理为观察组，比较两组产妇妊娠时发生的合并症、并发症的发生率以及分娩结果。结果对于高龄产妇妊娠及分娩时期常会出现一系列并发症及合并症，其发生率远远高于正常年龄妊娠的人群。结论临床中必须加强高龄初产妇的临床观察并且实施有效的助产护理干预措施，能够明显的预防高龄产妇的合并症及并发症的发生，对分娩的结果也能够带来巨大的意义。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of maternal age birth midwifery care.Methods The elderly in our department were 336 cases who were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups,one group of patients with routine nursing measures for the control group ,the other group were treated with whole midwifery care for the observation group,the incidence and occurrence of birth outcomes were compared between the two groups of pregnancy complications ,and complications.Re-sults For advanced maternal pregnancy and childbirth period often appear a series of complications;the incidence is much higher than that of normal gestational age groups.Conclusion Clinical must strengthen the clinical observation of elderly primipara and midwifery effective nursing interventions ,complications can significantly prevent the occurrence of senile lying in woman on delivery,and results can also bring great significance.
