摘要
目的探讨研究16排螺旋CT胆囊动脉血管成像介入治疗对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用价值及安全性。方法选取我院2011年6月至2013年6月拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者46例，术前行16排螺旋CT胆囊动脉血管成像介入治疗，结合16排螺旋CT检查结果及腹腔镜胆囊切除术的结果，分析评价16排螺旋CT胆囊动脉血管成像介入治疗对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用价值。结果16排螺旋CT检查结果显示胆囊动脉的起源、走行、支数与腹腔镜胆囊切除术结果相比较，无明显差异，误诊机率低。结论16排螺旋CT胆囊动脉血管成像介入治疗能准确显示胆囊解剖结构，重建三维立体图像，观察胆囊动脉特征，可以为腹腔镜胆囊切除术提供指导，减少手术并发症的发生。
Abstract
Objective To study application value of 16 row helical CT gallbladder artery imaging interventional treatment for laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Methods Selected 46 cases from June 2011 to June 2011 in our hospital with planned to do laparoscopic cholecystectomy,who were preoperatively given 16 row helical CT gallblad-der artery imaging interventional treatment,combined with 16 row helical CT examination results and the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ,analysis and evaluation the application value of16 row helical CT gallbladder artery imaging interventional treatment for laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Results The cystic artery origin,course and count of 16 row helical CT results was no obvious difference with the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy showed ,the misdiagnosis rate is low.Conclusion 16 row heli-cal CT interventions can accurately show gallbladder anatomy and reconstruct gallbladder anatomical 3 d images,and observe the gallbladder artery characteristics,which can provide guidance for laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.
