摘要
目的：探讨糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床特点，总结其有效的治疗方法。方法我院2010年5月---2012年8月收治的糖尿病合并甲亢的患者52例，对其进行系统综合治疗方案，观察治疗效果。结果糖尿病给予胰岛素或口服降糖药治疗，甲状腺功能亢进症给予抗甲状腺药物，综合治疗后，症状明显好转，空腹及餐后血糖均得到较好控制，血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺素（TSH）均恢复正常。结论糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进病变情况比较复杂，二者相互影响密切，治疗的时候不能顾此失彼，综合治疗方案是治疗糖尿病与甲状腺功能亢进的理想有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hyperthyroidism ,summarizes the effective treat-ment method.Method 52 patients in our hospital from 2010 May to 2012 August were diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism,system of comprehensive treatment regi-men for,observed the effect of treatment.Result Insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs for the treatment of diabetes ,hyperthyroidism with ant thyroid drugs,comprehensive treatment,symptoms improved obviously,fasting and postprandial blood glucose were controlled well,three serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thy-roid stimulating hormone(TSH)were normal.Conclusion Diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism disease situation is more complex,the two mutually close,can not care for this and lose that time treatment ,comprehensive treatment is an ideal treatment method effective in the treatment of diabetes and hyperthyroidism ,is worth the clinical promotion.
