摘要
目的：探讨分析心理护理在助产过程中的应用效果。方法选取我科分娩的产妇890例进行分析研究，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组产妇采取常规的检查、护理以及观察指导，观察组产妇进行有效的心理分析给予相应的助产护理干预措施，对于两组患者的剖宫产率、产后大出血以及产后抑郁进行比较分析。结论对于产妇在分娩过程中存在的心理问题要得以了解，在助产中实施有效的心理护理干预可以有效地提高产妇自然分娩率、降低产后并发症以及产妇产后抑郁心理状态，提高产妇的分娩质量。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing in birth process.Methods 890 parturient in our department were analyzed,and were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were taken conventional examination,nursing and observation guide,the observation group were effective psychological analysis give midwifery corresponding nursing intervention measures ,for the two groups of patients of cesarean section ,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum depression compared.Conclusion The psychological problems in the parturient to be able to understand the psychological nursing intervention ,effective in midwifery can efficiently improve the natural delivery rate,reduce postpartum complications and postpartum mental state,improve maternal quality of delivery.
