摘要
目的：探讨肺癌根治术围手术期的护理。方法选取我科收治的肺癌根治术的患者84例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为两组，一组患者实施常规的护理措施为对照组，另一组患者实施有效的围手术期的护理干预为观察组，比较两组患者的临床治疗情况。结论对于肺癌根治术围手术期进行有效的护理措施能够明显的提高临床治疗效果，缩短术后引流管拔管时间以及肺感染的发生机率。
Abstract
Objective To study the nursing in peri operation period of radical resection of lung cancer .Methods 84 patients with radical resection in our department were selected for lung cancer were analyzed,and were randomly divided into two groups,one group of patients with routine nursing measures for the control group,the oth-er groups to implement effective peri operation period nursing intervention for the observation group ,compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment .Conclusion the peri operation period of the effective nursing measures can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of radical operation for lung cancer ,extubation time and pulmonary infection incidence of postoperative drainage shortening .
