初治鼻咽癌调强放射治疗的临床疗效及放射损伤的分析

摘要
目的：评价鼻咽癌调强放射治疗（ IMRT）的近期临床疗效，急性反应和晚期放射性损伤。方法回顾性分析我院治疗的初治鼻咽癌患者56例，观察其近期疗效，随访生存状况，RTOG/EOPTC标准评价急性反应和晚期放射性损伤发生率及严重程度。结果鼻咽原发灶及颈部转移淋巴结局部控制率94．6％和96．4％，3年总生存率92．85％，无局部复发生存率85．7％，无远处转移生存率87．5％。结论调强放射治疗治疗初治的鼻咽癌可取的较好的局部区域控制率，对正常组织器官有较好的保护作用。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of primary NPC treated with IMRT and observe the acute and late normal tissue toxicities .Method The 56 lower necks were irradiated with the conventional technique using an anterior field.IMRT technique was carried out using to plane Venus 2.0 planning system.Acute and late normal tissue toxicities were graded according to RTOG/EOPTC radiation morbidity scoring criteria .Results The local control rate of primary site and neck lymphaden was 94.6%and96.4%.Conclusion IMRT is able to improve the local control rate and protect the normal tissue in the treatment of primary NPC.
