摘要
本文提出由医务社会工作者介入癌症患者病情告知的思路，指出病情告知的意义和重要性，隐瞒病情的危害，因病情告知不当引发的不良后果及医务社工在病情告知中所发挥的积极作用等。旨在探索与总结出一套本土化的可行性方案，减少医患纠纷，提高患者及家属生活质量，改善就医软环境，提升总体服务质量。
Abstract
The author proposes the idea to make the medical social workers involved in cancer patients’ disease informing,points out the significance and impor-tance of truth telling,the dangers of concealing the disease,the adverse consequences of improper methods and the active role played by medical social workers .Aims to explore and summarize a set of localized feasibility programs to reduce patient disputes,improve the life quality of patients and their families,the soft environment for medical treatment and the overall quality of service .
