C-myc和PTEN蛋白表达在宫颈癌中的临床意义

摘要
目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中C -myc 和 PTEN 蛋白表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化 PV -9000两步法检测宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）及正常宫颈组织中C-myc和PTEN的表达。结果 C-myc蛋白在宫颈癌中表达明显高于 CIN 和正常宫颈组织（P＜0．05）；它的表达在组织学分级、病理学类型、淋巴结转移等组间差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．05），而与年龄及临床分期组间比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）；PTEN蛋白的表达率在正常宫颈组织、CIN及宫颈癌中逐渐下降（P＜0．05）；它的表达在淋巴结转移及临床分期组间差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．05），而在年龄、组织学分级及病理学类型组间比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）；C-myc和PTEN蛋白的表达呈负相关（r＝-0．484，P＝0．000）。结论 C-myc和 PTEN与宫颈癌的发生、发展可能相关，二者联合检测可能为宫颈癌的早期诊断和治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of C -myc and PTEN in cervical carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance .Methods The expression of C -myc and PTEN was measured in 70 cervical carcinoma tissues,40 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 20 normal cervical tissues by immunohistochemistry PV-9000 two-step method.Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rates of C -myc in cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than CIN and normal cervical tissues(P<0.05);The expression of C-myc was significantly correlated with histological grade、pathological type,axillaries lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but no statistically significant in age and clinical stages(P>0.05);The positive rates of PTEN trend down gradually in normal cervical tissues、CIN and cervical carcinoma(P<0.05);The expression of PTEN was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages(P<0.05),but no statistically significant in age、histological grade and pathological type(P>0.05);And there are significantly negative correlations between the expressions of C -myc and PTEN in cervical carci-noma(r=-0.484,P=0.000).Conclusion The expression C-myc and PTEN may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma and it may have certain effect to early diagnosis and treatment of cervical carcinoma with detecting them together .
