摘要
目的：对三期分治序贯疗法防治小儿哮喘的临床疗效进行分析，并对中药在小儿哮喘预防中的作用进行探讨。方法选取从2012年1月到2013年1月收治的200位小儿哮喘患儿，随机的将所有患儿分成对照组与观察组，对两组患儿治疗前与治疗后的具体情况进行观察。结果同对照组比较，观察组患儿的治疗效果比较理想，在复发次数方面，观察组要比对照组低，P＜0．05，其差异具有统计学意义。结论对于小儿哮喘，采取三期分治序贯疗法进行预防和治疗，能使病程得到明显的缩短，能在一定程度上使复发概率得到降低，有助于患儿生存质量治疗的提高。
Abstract
Objective The clinical curative effect of the three stages of sequential therapy of children asthma were analyzed ,discussed and effect on traditional Chi-nese medicine in the prevention of asthma in children .Methods 200 children with asthma were selected from 2012 January to 2013 January were randomly divided into, all patients in control group and the observation group,to observe the situation with the after treatment of patients of the two groups before treatment.Results Compared with control group,the observation group treatment of children is ideal,in times of relapse,the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion For children with asthma take three stages of sequential therapy for the prevention and treatment of disease ,can obviously shorten,to a certain ex-tent,the recurrence probability is reduced,contribute to the treatment of the survival quality improvement.
