摘要
目的：观察心理康复治疗中风患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年3月---2013年5月收治的70例中风患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其平均分成对照组和观察组两组，其中对照组患者采用常规药物治疗，并配合针灸、按摩等理疗方法，观察组在对照组的基础上进行心理康复治疗，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率率分别为94．3％和88．6％，显效率分别为60．0％和31．4％，观察组的显效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中风患者在进行常规治疗的基础上，采用心理康复治疗，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of psychological rehabilitation of stroke patients .Methods From March 2012 to May 2012 treated 70 cases of stroke patients,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and its average can be divided into two groups,control group and observation group of the control group were treated by routine drug therapy,and acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,physiotherapy,observation group in the control group on the basis of psychological reha-bilitation therapy,the therapeutic effect of comparative analysis of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group patients were 94.3%and 88.6%respectively,the efficiency of 60.0%and 31.4%respectively,and reveals the efficiency of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,two groups is significant difference,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke patients on the basis of conventional treatment,using psychologi-cal rehabilitation,obvious effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
