Objective series of hemodialysis blood perfusion to rescue patients with organophosphorus poisoning clinical treatment were analyzed .Methods the data in April 2011-April 2013 in our hospital treated 96 patients with organophosphorus poisoning.All the patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group,control group using conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment ,the team in the control group in the treatment of combined with hemodialysis on the basis of serial blood perfusion treatment.Results Team's case fatality rate was 6.42%,significantly lower than the control group 24.94%,the comparison of two groups of data statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion application of hemodialysis series blood perfusion rescuing patients with organophosphorus poisoning,curative effect is distinct,and is worth popularizing in clinical application .
