摘要
目的：观察分析妊娠女性口腔疾病患病情况，提出保健对策并对其效果进行评价。方法从2012---2013年产检孕妇中选择600名，检查分析其口腔疾病患病情况，并发放孕期口腔保健情况调查问卷。结果口腔检查发现妊娠女性存在较多口腔问题，调查问卷显示口腔健康状况好者多数经过口腔保健指导。结论由于妊娠期的特殊性，妊娠女性更易患口腔疾病；通过对妊娠女性进行口腔保健指导，可减少妊娠期间口腔疾病的发生与发展。
Abstract
Objective Through observing and analyzing the oral diseases of the pregnant women ,propose the oral health measures and evaluate the effect .Methods 600 women are selected who should have prenatal examinations in 2012 and 2013.They are asked to answer the questionnaires for oral health during pregnancy,in order to evaluate the effect of oral health guidance on reducing oral diseases .Results Most of the pregnant women have many different oral diseases ,and the questionnaires re-veal that some of the 600 women who have better oral health have ever been given oral health guidance .Conclusion The pregnant women have a high risk of oral disea-ses,and by giving the oral health measures,the risk can be reduced.
