摘要
目的：分析舒适护理在手外科患者中的应用效果。方法选择86例手外科患者分成观察组和对照组各43例。对照组行常规护理，研究组行舒适护理。对比两组患者疼痛、肿胀、压疮、睡眠障碍的发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组疼痛、肿胀、压疮、睡眠障碍的发生率低于对照组；观察组满意度高于对照组。结论舒适护理能有效的维持手外科患者生理功能的正常，并提升护理质量。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in hand surgery patients.Methods 86 cases of hand surgery patients were divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each.Results the observation group pain,swelling,ulcers,sleep disorder rate was lower than the control group.Con-clusion comfort care can effectively maintain the normal physiological function of hand surgery patients ,and to improve the quality of nursing .
