Objective To salbutamol joint budesonide to analyze the clinical treatment effect of children with asthmatic disease .Methods Randomly selected from our hospital during March 2010-November 2012 were diagnosed with pediatric asthmatic diseases of 150 cases of patients,all children with random distribution of aver-age as the experimental group and the control group ,experimental group using salbutamol joint budesonide treatment ,control group adopts single albuterol treatment ,drug delivery approach are atomization,after a period of time compared to the experimental group and the control group with the degree of improvement .Results 1.the condi-tion of two groups of children with basic are necessarily cure ( experimental group 96%,control group 96%) ,that atomization treatment for children with asthmatic disea-ses has a good curative effect;To effectively control.2.the experimental group with 38 cases of illness,the effective rate of 51%,to effectively control,the control group 22 cases of illness in children with effective rate was 29.9%,the effect of the experimental group was better than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol joint budesonide in treating children with asthmatic diseases has obvious curative effect ,Suggestions to promote in clinic.
