摘要
为使剖宫产产妇成功地实施纯母乳喂养，通过对320例剖宫产术后影响母乳喂养因素的分析，采取术前宣教、术中早接触、术后早吸吮及选择舒适哺乳体位等护理对策，使产妇消除了顾虑，掌握了正确的母乳喂养技巧，98％的产妇在出院时有了足够的乳汁。

order to make cesarean section to the successful implementation of pure breastfeeding ,based on 320 cases of cesarean section analysis of influence fac-tors of breast feeding,take education before operation,during operation,postoperative early contact early sucking and choose comfortable body position nursing counter-measures of lactation,maternal eliminates concerns,grasp the correct breastfeeding techniques,98%women have enough milk at the time of discharge.
