摘要
目的：总结分析ECT联合X线、CT应用于腰腿痛患者中的诊断价值。方法选择2010年6月---2012年11月期间我院收治的100例腰腿痛患者为研究对象，分别进行ECT、X线及CT扫描检查，比较三者联合与单项检查对腰腿痛患者的诊断灵敏度、特异性以及精密度。结果三者联合诊断的灵敏度97．00％明显高于ECT诊断灵敏度90．00％、X线诊断灵敏度53．00％、CT扫描诊断灵敏度70．00％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；三者联合诊断的特异性98．00％明显高于ECT诊断的特异性59．00％、X线诊断的特异性68．00％、CT扫描诊断的特异性71．00％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；三者联合诊断的准确性93．00％明显高于ECT诊断的准确性82．00％、X线诊断的准确性61．00％、CT扫描诊断的准确性66．00％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 ECT检查能更早的显示病灶，可以作为腰腿痛的首选筛选手段，X线平片和CT扫描可以作为腰腿痛诊断的最基本检查手段，三者联合检测对腰腿痛诊断的灵敏度、特异性以及精密度准确性最高，三者相互取优补差，值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate value of ECT combined with X -ray,CT in the diagnosis of patients with lumbago -leg pain.Methods 100 patients with lum-bago-leg pain in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were diagnosed by ECT,X-ray and CT scan.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and precision were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of combination diagnostic(97.00%)was significantly higher than that of ECT diagnostic(90.00%),X-ray diagnosis(53.00%)and CT scan diagnostic(70.00%)(P<0.05).The specificity of combination diagnostic(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of ECT diagnostic(59.00%),X-ray diagnosis(68.00%)and CT scan diagnostic(71.00%)(P<0.05).The precision of combination diagnostic(93.00%)was significantly higher than that of ECT diag-nostic(82.00%),X-ray diagnosis(61.00%)and CT scan diagnostic(66.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion ECT examination can show lesions earlier,can be used as the preferred lumbago-leg pain screening methods,X-ray and CT scan can be used as the basic means of checking the diagnosis of lumbago -leg pain,combined de-tection sensitivity for the diagnosis of lumbago -leg pain,highest specificity and precision .
