摘要
目的：应用受试者工作特征曲线（ ROC）评价多普勒超声在肝血管瘤诊断中的价值。方法以病理结果为金标准，对60例肝血管瘤患者的影像资料进行回顾性分析并行ROC分析。结果多普勒超声诊断肝血管瘤的ROC曲线面积为0．923。结论多普勒超声是诊断肝血管瘤的有效影像手段。
Abstract
Objective To study the application of the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC)to evaluate the value of Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of liver hemangioma.Methods With the pathological results as the gold standard,the image data of 60 patients with hemangiomas were retrospectively analyzed in parallel ROC analysis.Results Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of liver hemangioma of ROC curve area of 0.923.Conclusion Doppler ultrasound is an effective imaging method for diag-nosis of liver hemangioma .
