摘要
目的:分析进行健康体检管理的效果。方法2012年,我科对健康体检工作应用质量管理方法,提高工作的质量,对应用质量管理前后的一年进行分析。比较健康体检的流程、体检的时间以及患者的满意度。结果进行质量管理后,体检者对体检流程的知晓率为90.0%,综合满意度是92.0%,对质量管理前后的数据进行对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用质量管理,体检者对健康体检加深认识,患者满意度增加,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of health management.Methods In 2012,our department of health checkup quality management methods and improve work quality,before and after the application of quality management year analysis.Be comparison of health examination process,physical examination time and patient sat-isfaction.Results Quality management,examination on the physical processes of the awareness rate was 90%,the satisfaction is 92%,compared to the quality,manage-ment of the data before and after P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of quality management,deepen the understanding of healthy subjects,patients satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
