摘要
目的：本文研究并比较了高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定尼群地平片含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法，C18（4．6×150nm 5um）色谱柱，甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相。流速：1．0ml/min，检测波长为237nm，进样量为20ul；紫外分光光度计，测定波长为237nm。结果高效液相色谱法：尼群地平片在0．02000-0．1000mg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系r＝0．9999，平均回收率为100．1％（RSD＝0．13％）；紫外分光光度法：尼群地平片在2．00-10．00ug/ml范围内与吸收度呈线性关系（r＝0．9993），平均回收率为102．5％（RSD＝1．71％）。结论高效液相色谱是一种简便、快速、精确、准确的分析方法，有一定的实用意义。
Abstract
Objce tive To establish method and comparision for HPLC and UV Determination of nitrendipine Tablet .Methods Used high-performance liquid chro-matography,Used as C18(4.6 ×150nm 5um)chromatographic column,Methanol-water(volume ratio of 65:35)as mobile phase.Flow rate:1.0 ml /min,Detection at 237 nm,sample volume for the 20 ul;by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,for the wavelength of 237 nm.Results HPLC:Nitrendipine Tablet has perfect linear correlation in the range of 0.02000-0.1000mg/ml,r=0.9999,The average recovery rate is 100.1%,and RSD=0.13%;uv:Nitrendipine Tablet has linear correlation in the range of 2.00-10.00ug/ml,r=0.9993,The average recovery rate is 102.5%,and RSD=1.71%;Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,and accurate Nitrendipine Tablet in the concentration of a good linear relationship,with an average recovery rate of100%.It can be used to control the content of Nitrendipine Tablet.
