Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing and observation of short-term intensive insulin treatment of type 2 diabetic patients.Method select our hospital is high in patients with type 2 diabetes,100 cases were analysed,and randomly divided into two groups,one group were given routine care measures for the control group,another group of patients with intensive insulin therapy to control blood glucose disease to take effective intervention measures for the observation group , compared the blood sugar control rate and complications two groups of patients the incidence of .Results the blood glucose control rate and complication of implementation of glycemic control and nursing intervention group patients were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion in patients with type 2 diabetes inten-sive insulin therapy is simple and easy and simple operation,strengthening the nursing management of micro pump during use,accurate insulin preparation,strengthen the monitoring of blood sugar and the compliance of patients is the key to ensuring effective means of intensive insulin therapy treatment .
