目的：探讨鼻中隔连续褥式缝合术对鼻内镜术后患者生活质量（quality of life，QOL）的影响。方法将2012年5月---2013年4月我科住院行鼻中隔矫正术的成年病人随机分为甲乙两组，甲组行鼻中隔矫正术后立即行鼻中隔连续褥式缝合术不行鼻腔填塞，乙组行鼻中隔矫正术后行双侧鼻腔膨胀海绵填塞。应用鼻腔鼻窦结局测量20条量表（sino-nasal outcome test．20，SNOT-20）分别在术前、术后3天对两组患者进行调查与评估，来了解鼻中隔连续褥式缝合术对鼻中隔术后患者生活质量的影响。结果①甲乙两组病例术前生活质量比较，各条目均无统计学差异（P＞0．05）；②甲、乙两组在术后3天比较，在耳胀闷感、头昏、头面部疼痛或压迫感等相关症状；难以入睡、半夜易苏醒、夜间睡眠质量不好等睡眠障碍方面；沮丧、焦虑、易怒，忧虑，感觉不安或难堪等情感方面，均有统计学差异（P＜0．05），在耳痛方面无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。结论通过对鼻中隔术后鼻腔填塞和行鼻中隔缝合术的对比，鼻中隔连续褥式缝合术更能减轻鼻中隔术后的症状，从而改善患者术后的生活质量。
Effect of nasal sept um continuous mattress suture on quality of life in patients with nasal septal construction
Objective To evaluate the effect of nasal septum continuous mattress suture on quality of life in patients with nasal septal construction .Methods 137 a-dult patients diagnosed as deviation of nasal septum with local anesthesia were received nasal packing ( n=67 ) or septal continuous mattress suture not given nasal pack-ing (n=70)by random.their QOL scores were assessed by using SNOT -20 questionnaires to appraise the impact of nasal septum continuous mattress suture on the quality of life of patients.Results ①There were no significant differences between A and B two groups of patients in the preoperative scores of SNOT -20(P>0.05);②Group A,Group B after three days in comparison,in the related symptoms such as ear swelling stuffy,dizziness,Head and facial pain or pressure aspects,Sleep disor-ders such as difficulty falling asleep,waking at midnight,poor sleep quality aspects,emotional outcome such as depression,anxiety,irritability,anxiety,feeling uncomfort-able or embarrassed aspects,were statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical difference in earache(P>0.05).Conclusion By comparing the nasal septum postop-erative nasal packing or nasal septum postoperative nasal continuous mattress suture ,nasal septum continuous mattress suture can reduce the nasal septum postoperative symptoms,so as to improve the life quality of postoperative patients.
