慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者运动治疗疗效分析

摘要
目的：探讨对接受常规药物治疗的慢性心力衰竭（ CHF）患者辅以运动治疗的疗效分析。方法238例确诊为 CHF、心功能 NYHA分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ的患者随机分成运动训练组和对照组。运动训练组患者在常规药物治疗的基础上，实施运动治疗，对照组行药物治疗，对两组患者随访5年，死亡、心力衰竭急性加重再入院为观察终点。结果与运动训练前比较，运动训练组在加强运动干预后6分钟步行距离，利钠肽（ BNP）水平、心脏彩超左室舒张末期内径，左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率水平显著改善（P值均＜0．05）；运动治疗组同对照组比较6分钟步行距离，利钠肽（BNP）水平、心脏彩超左室舒张末期内径，左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率水平均有显著改善（P值均＜0．05）；运动治疗组与对照组比较在入院率和死亡率显著降低（P＜0．05）。结论运动训练有利于提高CHF患者运动耐力，提高生存质量，巩固治疗效果，减少再入院率，提高5年生存率。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rehabilitate care on chronic heart failure(CHF)in hospitalized patients receiving standard treatment. Methods A total of 238 hospitalized CHF patients were randomly divided into training group and control group .All the patients in the both two groups took routine medi-cation.Meanwhile,patients in training group were also given comprehensive rehabilitative care,including sports rehabilitation for five years.Results The 6-minute walk-ing distance in training group were significantly improved after the intervention (all P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the hospital stay and the treatment cost of hospitalized CHF patients .
