摘要
目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化血小板减少的临床意义与治疗措施。方法随机选取2011年1月至2013年1月本院120例慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化病例资料分析血小板检测结果，并对于减少者采用抗病毒等药物保守治疗。结果120例慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化病例中血小板降低者86例（71．67％），后经采用抗病毒药物治疗3个月后，血小板恢复正常者76例，临床治愈率88．37％。结论慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者在病程发展中，血小板具有减少的临床症状，可采用抗乙型肝炎病毒及保肝等药物治疗，血小板可恢复正常，也可作为慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化临床治疗效果的检测指标。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis thrombocytopenia and treatment measures .Methods Random between January 2011 and January 2011 in our hospital 120 cases of chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis platelet test results data analysis ,and to reduce the conservative treatment with antiviral drugs.The results Of platelet in 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients and decreased in 86 cases(71.67%),after the use of antiviral drugs after 3 months of treatment,platelet count returned to normal in 76 cases,the clinical cure rate 88.37%.Conclusion The patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver in the course of clinical symptoms,platelet has reduced,the anti hepatitis B virus and hepatoprotective drug therapy,platelet recovery detection can be used as nor-mal,liver cirrhosis due to chronic hepatitis B clinical therapeutic effect index .
