Valuation of Color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of superficial benign and malignant lymph node
Objective The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the clinical valuation of Color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph node. Methods 75 patients with superficial benign and malignant lymph node were diagnosed by the Color Doppler ultrasound. The patients were divided into benign or malignant groups according to the pathologic results from the surgery or fine needle biopsy .And their ultrasonic features were analyzed.Re-sults The number of patients with benign superficial lymph node was 49(16.32%),and the number of patients with malignant superficial lymph node was 26(34. 66%).In addition,16.32% of benign superficial lymph nodes showed that the L/S is larger than 2,83.67% showed clearly margin,12.25% showed absence of hilar, comparing with the corresponding 88.46%、38.46%、88.46%,the differences between them was significant. Conclusion The Color Doppler ultrasound is useful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph node.Which would be helpful for the clinical therapy of patients.
