超声诊断浅表淋巴结良恶性病变的图像特征与临床价值

摘要
目的：分析探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断浅表淋巴结恶性病变的图像特征及临床应用价值。方法对75例患者采用超声检查并经穿刺或手术病理检验确诊，根据结果将患者分为良性、恶性病变组，分析比较两组患者的超声图像特征。结果良性病变患者49例，占65．33％；恶性病变26例，占34．66％。良性病变患者的L/S＞2者占16．32％，边界清晰者占83．67％，淋巴结门消失者占12．25％，与恶性病变组相比（分别为88．46％、38．46％、88．46％），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论彩色多普勒超声能有效准确诊断淋巴结良恶性病变，为患者的临床治疗提供参考和依据。
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the clinical valuation of Color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph node.Methods 75 patients with superficial benign and malignant lymph node were diagnosed by the Color Doppler ultrasound.The patients were divided into benign or malignant groups according to the pathologic results from the surgery or fine needle biopsy .And their ultrasonic features were analyzed.Re-sults The number of patients with benign superficial lymph node was 49(16.32%),and the number of patients with malignant superficial lymph node was 26(34. 66%).In addition,16.32% of benign superficial lymph nodes showed that the L/S is larger than 2,83.67% showed clearly margin,12.25% showed absence of hilar, comparing with the corresponding 88.46%、38.46%、88.46%,the differences between them was significant.Conclusion The Color Doppler ultrasound is useful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph node.Which would be helpful for the clinical therapy of patients.
