Analysis of nasal endoscope operation treatment of chronic sinusitis and the clinical curative effect and the influencing factors
Objective To investigate the factors of nasal endoscopic operation for treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis and clinical effect .Methods a retrospective a-nalysis of 2010 January to 2012 June in our hospital ENT treated 96 cases of chronic sinusitis in patients with clinical data ,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group uses the mirror operation treatment of nasal endoscope operation ,control group was given traditional treatment,com-pared two groups of treatment effect and the factors of influence.Results observation group 48 cases in the treatment the total effective rate was 93.75%,control group was 77.08%,total effective treatment observation group was obviously higher than that of control group ,two groups compare difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05).Were the main influencing factors of chronic nasal sinusitis clinical staging,maxillary sinus mouth opening size,whether accompanied by gasp,postoperative nurs-ing,etc.Conclusion nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis clinical curative effect ,with a small tissue damage,save the nasal and sinus cavity physiological function,low postoperative recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion.
