摘要
目的：研究高龄老人急性冠脉综合征的临床特点及治疗方法，为急性冠脉综合征的临床治疗提供科学依据。方法回顾分析2011年9月到2012年9月在我院就诊的82例高龄急性冠脉综合征患者的临床资料，分析患者的临床症状，治疗3周后的效果，比较治疗前后流变学的血液指标变化。结果给予3周治疗后，所有患者总显效率为64．6％；有效率为23．2％；无效率为9．8％；恶化率为2．4％；总有效率为87．8％。治疗前后患者的纤维蛋白原，血浆粘度以及全血粘度具有显著的差异性，p＜0．05，具统计学意义。结论针对高龄老人急性冠脉综合征的临床特征给予适宜的治疗方法，能够明显提高疗效。
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of elderly acute coronary syndrome and treatment method ,which will provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods retrospective analysis in September 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital clinical data of 82 cases of senile patients with acute coronary syndrome,analysis of the patient's clinical symptoms,the effect of 3 weeks after treatment,compared before and after treatment of rheology index change of the blood.Results give 3 weeks after treatment,all patients have significant efficiency is 64.6%;Effective rate of 23.2%;Inefficiency is 9.8%;The deteriora-tion rate was 2.4%;The total effective rate was 87.8%.Before and after treatment in patients with fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity has significant difference,p<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion According to the clinical features of elderly acute coronary syndrome to give appropriate treatment,can sig-nificantly improve curative effect.
