摘要
目的：探讨阴道超声在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的63例患者的临床资料，并与病理结果相对比，观察阴道超声检查的准确性。结果63例患者经病理检查确诊者55例，准确率为87．3％，误诊8例，误诊率为12．7％。结论阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉具有较高的诊断价值，准确性较高，且操作简单易行，可以作为子宫内膜息肉的首选诊断方式。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps .Methods retrospective analysis of transvagi-nal ultraso-und diagnosis of the clinical data of 63cases of endometrial polyps of the patients,and compared with the pathological results,the accuracy of transvagina-l ultrasonography.Results 55 cases of 63patients confirmed by pathological examination,the accuracy rate was 86.7%,11 cases were misdiagnosed,the misdiag nosis rate is 13.3%.Conclusion the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound has high,of the endometrial polyps with high accuracy,and simple and easyoperation,can be used as the preferred diagnostic method of uterine endometrial polyps .
