摘要
目的：探讨手术室护士在骨科手术全程实施舒适护理的临床效果。方法将126例骨科手术患者随机分成观察组与对照组，每组63例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采取舒适护理。比较两组患者术后24 h内疼痛发生率及焦虑程度。结果观察组焦虑程度较对照组减轻（ P＜0．05），舒适度明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论手术室护士对骨科手术患者全程实施舒适护理，可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪，提高患者舒适度，适合推广应用。
Abstract
Objective It was performed to explore the clinical effects of the nurses have in the implementation of the comfort care with the entire orthopedic surgery . Methods 126 cases of orthopedic surgery patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 63 cases in each group.Put common nursing in the con-trol group and comfort care in study group to compare the pain incidence an anxiety degree within 24 hours after surgery.Results The study group patients felt litter anxie-ty and more comfort than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It can ease patient anxiety and improve comfort with comfort care through the entire orthopedic sur-gery effectively.And it is appropriate to be used widely.
