摘要
目的：分析急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜手术治疗效果。方法130例急性结石性胆囊炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组各65例。对照组：采用传统开腹术治疗；试验组：采用腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组疗效析。结果经治疗，试验组平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院时间、切口感染率均明显优于对照组差异显著，P＜0．05。结论腹腔镜手术中熟练掌握腹腔镜下手术操作技巧，充分认识LC的操作要点，中转手术的时间严格且正确的把握，可确保手术成功且有效减少并发症。
Abstract
Objective analysis of acute cholecystitis laparoscopic surgical treatment .Methods 130 cases of acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into experi-mental group and control group 65 cases.Control group:the traditional open surgery treatment;experimental groups:laparoscopic surgery.Comparative analysis of the two groups.Results After treatment,the test group,the average operative time,mean intraoperative blood loss,the average hospital stay was,wound infection rate was signifi-cantly better than the control group were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery Laparoscopic surgery operations master skills to fully under-stand the operation points LC ,the transit time of surgery strict and proper grasp ensure successful and effective in reducing surgical complications .
