彩色多普勒血流显像鉴别胆囊良恶性肿瘤的临床价值

摘要
目的：分析彩色多普勒血流显像鉴别胆囊良恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法将30例胆囊恶性肿瘤患者和30例胆囊良性肿瘤分为恶性组和良性组，采用彩色多普勒血流显像分析良恶性肿瘤的血流形态。结果良性组RI明显小于恶性组，CDFI阳性明显少于恶性组（P＜0．05）。结论彩色多普勒血流显像可有效鉴别良恶性肿瘤，准确率高。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the color doppler flow imaging to identify the clinical value of gallbladder benign and malignant tumor .Methods 30cases of gall-bladder malignancy and 30patients with gallbladder benign tumors can be divided into malignant and benign group,by using color Doppler flow imaging analysis of benign and malignant tumor blood flow pattern .Results RI benign group was obviously less than malignant group ,of a CDFI positive significantly less than the malignant group (P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging can effectively differentiate benign and malignant tumors,the accuracy is high.
