摘要
目的：探讨老年反流性食管炎临床诊治和内镜检查结果。方法选择我院收治的100例老年反流性食管炎患者为观察对象，同时选择100例非老年反流性食管炎患者为对照组，对比分析两组患者临床症状发生率和病变程度。结果老年组反流性食管炎患者临床症状发生率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论老年反流性食管炎通常各项临床症状的发生率更高。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the elderly reflux esophagitis clinical diagnosis and endoscopic findings .Methods In our hospital 100 cases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis was observed object,and select 100 cases of non -elderly patients with reflux esophagitis as the control group ,compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms of the incidence and severity.Results Of the elderly group of clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis patients was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly man higher incidence of reflux esophagitis usually the clinical symptoms .
