Objective Explore platelet count(PLT),platelet average platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),the ratio of large platelet(P -LCR) in the clinical significance of cerebral infarction .Method Selection in June 2012-June 2013 in our hospital treatment of 228 patients with cerebral infarction ,ac-cording to the MRI data is divided into small area of cerebral infarction group and large area cerebral infarction group ,then select 112 cases of healthy persons,Contrast patient PLT,MPV and PDW and P-the LCR test results.Result Cerebral infarction group within 48 h of PLT,MPV and PDW,P-the LCR compared with healthy group difference was statistically significant,and is related to the area size.Conclusion Platelets involved in cerebral infarction pathological process,and its parameters detection on cerebral infarction prevention and illness development has certain significance .
