试论医院病案管理的规范化

摘要
目的：提高医院病案管理水平。方法总结我院近几年的病案管理实践，探寻可以借鉴的经验，发现病案管理中的不足。结果病案管理逐步向规范化的方向发展。结论医院提高病案管理水平的最佳方式是强化病案管理的规范化程度。
Abstract
Objective It is intended for enhancing the management archive level of the hospital .Method This paper concludes the archive management practice in my hospital in recent years,for the sake of finding the experience used for reference and mastering the management flaws in the archive management .Result It is hoped that the archive management should be normalized gradually .Conclusion Intensification of normalization degree of medical record management works as the best way in the hospital's medical record management.
