Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory and experience in the treatment of dizziness and lightheadedness . Methods 148 randomly selected hospital patients,divided into two groups by random and stratified sampling method:the experimental group of 74 people;control group of 74 people.Experimental group Chinese dialectical therapy,taking my own hospital proposed Dingxuan hot.The control group is taking traditional medicine treatments. Courses of one week,seven days after the prognosis of patients were observed.Results The number of 36 people was cured,effective number of 21 people.The effective number of 12 people,five were invalid.Control group of 28 persons who were cured,effective number of 20 people,the effective number of 17 people,is invalid by 9 peo-ple.Efficient bit experimental group was 93.2%;the effective control group was 87.8%.Conclusion The two groups were statistically compared,P values less than 0.05 were obtained,with a statistically significant difference ,indicating that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group .Chinese dialectical therapy lightheadedness,dizziness effect is more obvious,it is worth promoting.
