Observation of Children with acute Laryngo Bronchitis Application of Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Aerosol Unhalation of Budesonide Treatment
Objective To investigate the analytical applications of budesonide inhalation therapy in children with acute throat -clinical efficacy bronchitis.Methods 80 cases admitted to our hospital with acute throat -bronchitis in children were randomly divided into groups A and B ,A group of 40 patients were given intravenous dex-amethasone treatment on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment;Group B 40 patients were given conventional nebulized budesonide in treatment based on inha-lation therapy,therapeutic effects were observed.Results Group B the total efficiency of the treatment of patients clinically better than A group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized budesonide in children with acute throat -the clinical efficacy of bronchitis is more significant,safe and reliable,and can effectively improve the quality of life of children ,worthy of clinical application of the promotion .
