摘要
目的：探讨我市医院内镜清洗消毒效果监测情况。方法选取我市2010年1月---2013年6月不同级别18所医院内镜清洗消毒效果监测情况进行调研。结果抽取30条电子胃镜、18条电子肠镜，三级医院各个指标合格率优于二级医院，检测出36株病原体，主要由活检道及送气送水道检测出。结论我市医院消化内镜消毒灭菌基础符合规范化指标，但应继续提高培训管理水平，加强内镜清洗消毒监测力度。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of monitoring the situation I regional hospital of washing and disinfection of endoscopes .Methods The area in 2010 January---2013 year in June to monitor the situation in 18 hospitals of different levels of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope effect research .Results The extraction of 30 cases electronic gastroscope,and 18 cases electronic colonoscopy,all indexes of three class hospitals qualified rate of better than two hospitals,detection of 36 strains of pathogens,mainly by biopsy and aspiration to send channel detection .Conclusion I area hospital disinfection and sterilization of endoscope based standard indicators , but should continue to improve the training level of management ,strengthen the monitoring efforts of the cleaning and disinfection of endoscope .
