Surgical treatment of mechanical eyelid laceration
Objective To analysis the operative method of mechanical eyelid laceration,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Methods a retrospec-tive analysis in 120 cases of eye in our mechanical eyelid surgery patients with laceration,according to different patients with eyelid injury situation to take pertinent measures.Results eyelid laceration 120 cases of primary healing,repair good,basic eyelid normal anatomic form,8 cases by eyelid margin after deformation,incisure ab-normalities in 5 cases,cicatricial ectropion 6 patients,8 cases of tears,a total of 27 cases.24 cases of second stage surgery treatment,follow-up 1 annual achieve satisfied effect.Conclusion according to the different mechanical eyelid laceration injury take appropriate operation ,timely and accurate to 1 phase,desirable relatively good repair effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
