Objective Observation of fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candida vaginitis of clinical curative effect .Methods Will be in October 2011 to Octo-ber 2012 in our hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology diagnosis and treatment of 98 cases of recurrent candida vaginitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,Two groups of patients in every night before going to bed with 3%sodium bicarbonate solution after rinse the vagina,The 1000000 units of nystatin in the vagina,Observation group on the basis of the above to give oral fluconazole treatment,To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after drug and the recur-rence rate.Result Clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group ,and the recurrence rate is lower than the control group obvi-ously,comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole in kill harmful bacteria at the same time can promote the re-generation of vaginal lactobacilli,To restore normal vaginal acid environment,Because of its curative effect is distinct and less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical applica-tion widely.
