摘要
目的：探讨普外科护理工作安全隐患及防护对策分析。方法针对我院普外科护理工作进行分析研究，选取2012年度实施陈旧的护理模式为对照组，而2013年度实施护理安全隐患及防护对策为观察组，比较两组时间内的患者满意度、护士考核优秀率、护理质量、护理差错发生率等。结果观察组患者实施护理工作安全隐患及防护对策后，护士考核优秀率、护理质量、患者满意度以及护理差错发生率均明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0．05），具有统计学意义。结论对于普外科护理工作中的安全隐患实施有效的防护对策明显的提高外科整体护理质量，值得在普外科广泛实施。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the analysis department of general surgery nursing work safety and protection measures .Methods This paper studies the De-partment of general surgery nursing in our hospital,2012 year old nursing mode for the control group,while the 2013 year implementation of safety and protection counter-measure of nursing for the observation group,compared two groups of time satisfaction of patients,nurses,nursing quality,the excellent rate of incidence of nursing error etc.Results in the observation of nursing safety and protection measures for the implementation of group of patients ,nurses,nursing quality,the excellent rate of patient satisfaction and the incidence of nursing error was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Con-clusion the potential safety hazard for Department of general surgery nursing work in the implementation of protective measures effectively improved quality of surgical nursing,should be widely implemented in the Department of general surgery .
