Objective To explore clinical effect of laparoscopy for gynecologic tumor treatment .Method In our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 December were treated 75 cases of gynecological cancer patients,of which 35 cases of laparoscopic surgery,40 cases of application of open surgery,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Result Length of incision laparoscopic group,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound healing time,length of hospital stay were signifi-cantly less than the open surgery group(P<0.05).The average number of pelvic lymph node dissection,the type and number of postoperative complications between the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of laparoscopy in gynecological tumor therapy has a good vision,less trauma,recovery is more,less hospitalization,postoperative scar less,fewer pelvic adhesion,good clinical effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
