系统性红斑狼疮并发中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者的护理

摘要
总结1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症合并系统性红斑狼疮、心功能不全患者的护理要点。稳定患者的情绪，严格实施保护性隔离措施，密切观察病情变化，加强皮肤及黏膜的护理，提供合理营养，防治感染是成功救治该类患者的重要措施，其中保护性隔离措施及皮肤和黏膜的护理是关键。
Abstract
To summarize 1 cases of toxic epidermal necrolysis associated with systemic lupus erythematosus ,cardiac function insufficiency patients nursing .In pa-tients with stable mood ,strict implementation of protective measures ,close observation of changes in condition ,to strengthen the nursing of skin and mucosa ,proper nutri-tion,prevention of infection is an important measure of successful treatment of the patients ,the nursing protective isolation measures and skin and mucous membrane is the key.
