Objective To investigate the nursing management of the implementation of high quality care for surgical ward effect .Method select 2012 May to 2012 December,surgical ward no performing quality nursing care as control group,to carry out high quality nursing service in 2013 January to 2013 July as observation group, compared two groups of patients satisfaction,complications,nursing quality.Results the observation group in surgical wards of quality of care and patient satisfaction af-ter,the incidence of complications and the nursing quality was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the surgi-cal wards of high quality nursing service,the nurses work ability was significantly increased,the overall quality of nursing work was improved,reducing the nurse patient dispute,enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction.
