摘要
目的：探讨人流后关爱对实施科学避孕的影响。方法2013年5月份232例无痛人流患者作为研究组，给予PAC 优质服务；2013年4月份233例无痛人流患者作为对照组，按常规处理。术后6个月电话回访了解两组对科学避孕的知晓情况、避孕的实施情况、是否有再次妊娠情况，并对其进行分析对比。结果研究组对科学避孕的知晓率、正确使用避孕方法率明显高于对照组，术后6个月再次妊娠率研究组明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义， p＜o ．o5。结论人流后关爱可以大大保障科学避孕的实施，降低意外妊娠率，保障女性的生殖健康。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the influences of implement scientific contraception of Post -Abortion Care(PAC).Methods In May 2013,232 cases of patients with painless abortion as a team,to give the PAC quality services;In April 2013,233 cases of painless abortion patients as control group,according to conventional pro-cessing.Six months after telephone return visit to understand the two groups for the implementation of the scientific knowledge of contraception and birth control ,whether to have pregnancy again,and carries on the analysis comparison.Results Team of scientific awareness,correct use of contraception rate is significantly higher than the control group,6 months after pregnancy rates again the team obviously lower than the control group ,the differences were statistically significant,p <o.o5.Conclusion PAC can greatly ensure the implementation of the scientific contraception ,reduce accidental pregnancy rate,and protect women's reproductive health.
